Executive Chef/Owner Bob Friesen is a Red Seal Chef who offers personalized, all-inclusive catering services alongside his professional culinary team. Services Offered
Gourmet Chef At Your Table is delighted to provide a skilled professional team of Red Sealed chefs, seasoned servers & Smart Serve certified bartenders for your special occasion. Day-of-event rentals are also available, including customizable table linens, complete place settings and a selection of barware.

Cuisine
Gourmet Chef at Your Table specializes in creating French, rustic Italian, and other Mediterranean-inspired cuisines. Menu items include an imaginative selection of 2-bite hors d'oeuvres, premium starter and entrees selections, elegant desserts and an option for late-night snacks.
Accommodations for dietary restrictions will be available whenever possible with advance notice.
From Start to Finish
Expect and count on the best from General Manager Chrissy Turek (previously a licenced wedding planner of 10 years) to ensure your special event runs smoothly and efficiently. Chrissy will guide you through your menu selections and provide a day-of-event timeline and quote based on your preferences. Rentals, staffing and any dietary restrictions are expertly handled and provided as requested.
